We use Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK. You can select any of the following postal methods for delivery:
- Free Delivery: Free shipping items within UK are dispatched using Tracked Delivery Service. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days for mainland UK and can take more for other areas.
- Next Working Day Delivery: This delivery service guarantees delivery of goods before the close of next working day, provided the order was placed before 4:00 pm on a working day. The charges for this service are £5.99. You or someone on your behalf should be available to sign for and receive the goods.
- Next Working Day Delivery (Before 9am): This delivery service guarantees the delivery of the goods before 9:00am the very next working day, provided the order was placed before 4:00 pm on a working day. The charges for this delivery service are £15.99. You or someone on your behalf should be available to sign for and receive the goods.
- Saturday Delivery: This delivery service guarantees delivery of goods on Saturday, provided the order was placed before 4:00 pm on Friday. The charges for this service are £8.99. You or someone on your behalf should be available to sign for and receive the goods.
For a refund
- Customers with in United Kingdom can return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 working days of receipt of merchandise.
- The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.
- We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging I for the item you ordered (i.e. Received the wrong length, packaging error, or any defective Item).
- Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable.
- Please beware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any used/worn or tempered product.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will process the refund with in 24-48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement
For an Exchange:
- You are free to exchange the colour as many times as you wish provided that the product is not used/worn or tempered with.
- If you have received a wrong colour and not sure what colour to exchange it for, you can send your own hair snippet or sample along with the returning item and our hair experts will try their best to match it for you.
- If you want to change the length/product then you can return the set along with the CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDER/BANK DRAFT payable to CLIPHAIR LIMITED for the difference, if applicable. Similarly, we will automatically reimburse your money if the exchange is lesser than the initial amount paid.
